The product can be widely used for anchoring, mooring and cable-carrying in oil tankers, chemical tankers, offshore platforms and petrochemical terminals. This marks a new breakthrough in the manufacturing capacity of China's explosion-proof deck machinery.

According to the person in charge of Jinshun Bolting Machine, the marine explosion-proof electric anchoring machine has a diameter of 280mm, a rated tether speed of 0.27m/s, a motor power of 7.5KW, a motor protection class IP56 and an explosion-proof class d‖BT4. Each set of anchor machine is tested for trouble-free operation by test bench, motor power, running current test, overload tensile test, paint thickness and adhesion strength test, and the performance meets the requirements of the test program.

The chief engineer of the company, Chen Gong, told the reporter that in the manufacturing process of the six 15KN explosion-proof electric anchors, the company's design, machining, assembly and commissioning capabilities have all been tested. Engineering and technical personnel use the domestic advanced Tribon software data analysis method to carry out precise product design and technical optimization, carefully select the matching clearance of the worm and worm, and all use the machining center to make adjustments. The purchased motor adopts Dezhou Hengli marine explosion-proof motor, and the control electric appliance adopts Schneider products, including the paint and Jotun marine coating to ensure the product quality is excellent and the service life is long.
